This location was wonderful. Would I recommend Uhaul? No. Overall Uhaul as a company sucks. Reservations are almost pointless as they wont guarantee what you reserve will be at the location you select. Nor do they seem capable to find something close as an alternative. I literally hunt down a close replacement myself and completely rearranged plans at our inconvenience. I found one here when the representative did not. How is that even possible? I doubt I will ever rely on UHaul again in the future. If a reservation doesnt actually reserve your needed equipment then why call it that? Screwing around with peoples lives is not an option for me, nor should it be for anyone.

Customer service was excellent
Troy DWe were told twice that we could change our drop off location when we picked up the truck because the website wouldn’t let us. But they wanted to charge us almost $400 for dropping it off at the new location. This made our already stressful moving process even more stressful. We were also quoted around $60 and ended up being charged double that.
Matelyn AYou have changed some things with the App and with rentals that make it less convenient for the customer. Also, your one way rental price has increased for this dolly.
Dale DIt took a 1/2 hour to to check in and get the dolly. Computer Problems.
