You have changed some things with the App and with rentals that make it less convenient for the customer. Also, your one way rental price has increased for this dolly.

It took a 1/2 hour to to check in and get the dolly. Computer Problems.

ERIC JThe 20 -U-Haul had the death shakes at 60 mph and when turning, the check engine light was ON!! It struggled going up hills. Honestly worst experience ever. When I spoke to the location about the vehicle they said it’s u-hauls problem call them if it breaks down
