Jake was super amazing and helpful, I got there he already had the trailer ready hooked it up for me and then told me to reach out when I was on my way back and he drove all the way back just to unhook it for me. I would def recommend this location talk about super friendly and def takes care of his customers.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was not manned. Attempted to use your app to return the vehicle. Completely non-intuitive. Only offered rental options. Could find the return area until i spoke to your help desk (which took ~24 minutes on hold). Recommend you put a RETURN button on your homepage to simplify the process for your clients.
