Jake was super amazing and helpful, I got there he already had the trailer ready hooked it up for me and then told me to reach out when I was on my way back and he drove all the way back just to unhook it for me. I would def recommend this location talk about super friendly and def takes care of his customers.

Location was not manned. Attempted to use your app to return the vehicle. Completely non-intuitive. Only offered rental options. Could find the return area until i spoke to your help desk (which took ~24 minutes on hold). Recommend you put a RETURN button on your homepage to simplify the process for your clients.
