The virtual experience is not fluid. Glitched during check in, and repetitive data entry made the whole thing cumbersome. Had to wait for an in person resource (who was great) because your system and workflow clearly hasn't been tested well. The ergonomics are also concerning. You should still provide a better format to interact virtually if that's the direction.

Karen FI think there should be someone there in person to help customers, rather than only offering help through a video call. I was there, and I didn’t know where to get the key or where to put the key to start the car. It would be much better if someone could be there to help set everything up and show customers how to get and use the car.
