We did have some issues with the app, which took us about 30 minutes and a few calls to the Uhaul customer service which did cause an inconvenience. We were not able to upload pictures. Our reservation was showing there was a system error once we got through that we had to call back for another issue over all the equipment, the location was fine. We also hired labor, which was wonderful, but I was not able to login to rate the labor and get my small feedback if I work to leave a rating which again all ties back to the Uhaul app and checking in and offering feedback.

I didn't get my dolly and you charged my card twice

Joanna KI was given a truck to drive 4 hours away at night that had no brake lights, no functioning turn signals. I got pulled over and luckily got let go because I had a vehicle following me the entire trip. The officer understood my issue. Horrible experience.
BENNY MI just parked it behind a building. There was no personnel. Again, using the app to drop off the truck was awful.
