ALAN WThe U-Haul app DOES NOT WORK! It took almost an hour, and the attendant had to call his boss, who could not get the App to do the rental, so he said he had to use his credentials,and said PLEASE Drive extra safe since he'd have responsibility. That mad check-in not function, as well as the App kept sending me to a return location far south of my original contract. I could not get the App to dial nor show me a phone# that would work. I wasted 30+ minutes trying to call many #s and trying to get the App to show me correct return location. (And I developed many similar Apps for similar companies! I am NOT technically challenged!) I WILL NEVER EVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN! (I've used them many times in the past)
