I had to change trailers mid trip because the 6 x 12 was way too heavy for my car or possibly had a dragging break. The gentlemen at this location were so nice, they helped me unload the 6 x 12 and get everything into a 5 x 10. I was able to get everything into the new trailer because I was lucky enough to find a location along my route that took the mattress which allowed me to get everything into the smaller trailer. I tried to resume the trip, however my car did not recover from the larger trailer issue, I had return home and cancel my trip. I will be taking my vehicle to the shop because it is still not back to normal. I returned the trailer that I got here in Eureka Springs, Arkansas the same day I picked it up. I would like to say that every time I called the 800 number everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and efficient, everyone at every U-Haul location I interacted, with which was three, because I stopped in Harrison, Arkansas, for advice along the way, was polite, efficient, and very concerned with my situation. I’ve rented U-Haul trailers many times in the past this is the first time I’ve ever had any issue.
