How U-Haul Reviews WorkI got a one way rental and they underestimated my mileage and I only went from rental, pick up point and drop off. They informed after the rental started I had 24 hours to load, drive two hours, unload and return without extra time charge. Not realistic for a 26 foot truck and load. This was a house hold move. I would not recommend them without asking all the questions and most you don’t know what to ask.
