The customer service representative that assisted me through the process was delightful. Very pleasant patient when answering questions and when prompting me through the process of checkout, documentation of the truck. The process was relatively quick. The only downfall is I reserved online. And I was able to reserve a dolly, but when I arrive, the site no longer had it as an option and that should’ve been updated with on their website… prior to me getting there so I could’ve made other arrangements or purchased or borrowed a dolly. That would be my only complaint.
