The proprietor of the pick went above and beyond when we had an issue with our electrical connection on my truck he was so helpful and made the pick a success.

BRUCE KExcellent service and great location
ROBERT FI didn't want this location, but the Horner Blvd location booked the wrong size truck, and I had to got go farther to this location. No one was in the office at scheduled time. Owner was super nice and helpful when a worker got him on the phone, but we needed to do everything remotely since he wasn't there. If it weren't for his attentiveness and professionalism once we connected, I would have given this a poor rating. But I can't give higher than Below Average bad in my expertise this day and experience in renting vehicles. It was not an Average experience. The truck was fine and ran well for the trip.
