No other way to explain the cab smelled like doo doo . Honestly if it wasn't for the fact that I needed that truck at that moment I would have complained more

I was not told you will deduct extra $20 after I returned the vehicle. I was not late to drop off.
Ofosu AI arrived early and waited for my time and the van I reserved was not available, so I had to go with the alternative! Highly frustrating because that meant spending more money I didn’t want to. Secondly, when I returned the truck, I put the gas I got it back. I got charged an extra $15/19 dollars for 3 gallons of gas when I already put the gas on how I received it. I am highly frustrated being charged extra when I did what I was supposed to but you, U-Haul did not starting with not having the van I reserved available with no apology, discount or anything! Just made me pay more than I was quoted for smh
