The location where I picked up the truck and trailer the customer service was terrible. The man was rude. The car transport that was given to me was absolutely terrible and old. It should not be out on the road. Had to spend money in time because it would not hold the car down I will be calling corporate in the morning.

Location was great for me, and I will definitely be returning. I chose to pick up before business hours, which requires use of the U-Haul app. The app was super glitchy, and I ended up having to call customer support at the lot to complete the pickup. This meant I spent an extra 20-30 minutes trying to pick up the truck.
Abbi HIt seemed like a persons house it was clean, but not inviting, person who answered wasn’t the most friendly.
