Confirmed a rental-over the phone for pickup at 9am at the location we wanted. Also asked to rent a dolly. Received a text AFTER HOURS that our reservation has changed to 10am at a totally different location. There was no way to call anyone at that time and our reservation was for the next morning. We had to rearrange times with our moving help and there was NO dolly. Only way we will use U-Haul again is because we have no alternatives. There needs to be another "moving truck" company to maybe keep them honest.

ALLEN MI returned the truck after business hours so the office was closed. I did not interact with anybody for the return. However, the return process on the mobile app was seamless and the drop box to return the key was well located and easy to find.
