How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe woman lied last week & told me she was contacting the location on Thomasboro Rd for a drop off as they were full & couldn’t take truck! No one bothered to contact me to tell me the designated drop off was full. When I got to Thomasboro Rd, he told me he was also full & couldn’t take truck , but I told him I’d been lied to by Car City who told me to drop it there. He did take the truck as I told him I had to pick up a rental car & couldn’t be late! But he charged me $59.95 for low fuel! I picked up the damn truck in Salisbury @ Patriot & he told me the truck was on empty & I needed to go IMMEDIATELY to gas station so I wouldn’t run out! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! He also told me to return the truck close to empty as that’s how it was given to me! Then the ahole @ Thomasboro Rd location charged me, despite me telling him what happened! If I’m not credited the $59.95 by Uhaul, I will be disputing it with my Chase credit card! There was ZERO excuse for this crap & I am beyond angry! Don’t do business with Uhaul! PERIOD! 4 locations! 4 unacceptable problems!
Kim JNo blankets like I reserved. No one to help load trailer ( per lady taking my money) as a technician walked in here office from the shop. Had to come back the next day to get help hooking it up . Put me 14hrs behind on my month long scheduled move. Trailer needs cleaning badly. Tire blew out in New Mexico, and the Uhaul technician came to change it and noticed that the rear left leaf spring was broken, completely in half and had been. Probably caused the tire to blow. Because of the leaf spring, not allowing The Trailer to have any suspension and the tire blowing articles inside the trailer got beat all up.
nicholas aI am completely dissatisfied with UHaul, I received a text message from the moving help that they overbooked and I was being pushed back what ended up being 5 hours, even though I had already paid for the moving help, my truck reservation was ignored I guess, I can not imagine running a business this way
