Nothing as the lady was exceptional
Lee FTrish was extremely helpful. When I first discussed the rental with her there was a small chance we wouldn’t actually need it for the move. She worked with me that if we didn’t need it for out of town, I’d only pay the daily intown rate, but I’d have it as basically as insurance. Highly recommend!

Gregory FThis booking was moved twice, first for no availability even though the website said available units were at the location I chose. Then again for maintenance, which sounded like a nonsense excuse. They wanted to send me nearly an hour out of my way. I will be looking for alternatives to U-Haul next after this experience
