Not much really. The trailer was there and ready to go. The staff were nice ladies. Both smiling and curtious. Don't change a thing there.

This booking was moved twice, first for no availability even though the website said available units were at the location I chose. Then again for maintenance, which sounded like a nonsense excuse. They wanted to send me nearly an hour out of my way. I will be looking for alternatives to U-Haul next after this experience

leonardo rEveryone is nice, but it’s obviously not a priority for them. When you get a trailer at a regular location, they hook it up for you and help check lights. I did all that myself and when one of the lights didn’t work, I had to find someone. Stuff happens and I don’t care much about the signal light being out, just not the most efficient experience.
