How U-Haul Reviews WorkExpecting customers to perform a 15min checkout for drop off is ridiculous! Just because Uhaul has a monopoly doesn't mean you can make the customer do everything for you. Other vehicle rentals have everything ready for the customer to just pickup and go. Change your system
Brandon RDrop off was easy. This dealer has a well organized parking area for returning rentals. They were friendly and we were looked after quickly and efficiently.
Greg LA person should walk through the truck with me and point out and see for themselves the situation of the truck. I am very unhappy I was charged extra for fuel when I feel like I returned it with more than I used. The amount of $53 is also too much for supposed 1/4 tank and not 3/8. This was very unfair but I have no picture to prove it.
