I was pleased that they were able to resolve the scheduling mistakes made previously that day by the UHaul APP. The location was not ideal for me, the representative was responsive but only through a third party phone call and texting and the trailer had a lot of loose screws and other metal pieces that I cleaned up so as not to flatten my tires or those of others. There was also a lot of small drywall pieces left in the trailer.

Only thing is the after hours drop off didn’t seem like a great place for being in the way, but otherwise was very smooth.
