Sign says to proceed 500 yards to the West to drop off equipment. Nothing about going into the office 1st. I proceeded to drop off the trailer as per the businesses sign and instructions. App doesn’t work to return equipment! Only one guy working here, poor Guy was busy and he told me Id be charged $50 to move the trailer even though it was inbetween other uhaul trucks and trailers!! He said I should have stopped inside 1st, but their sign clearly says to proceed 600 yrds west to drop off equipment zone. No signs when there just a bunch of uhaul equipment! Very very poorly run and confusing signage posted…not the employee fault, bad ownership!!

SEAN FAlthough the person running this location was friendly and helpful, the equipment was extremely poorly maintained and I will never return to this location again. I will instead stick with my regular location off Barlow trail in Calgary’ NE.

Hudson EWas not open at 9am and I had a reservation for then. Nobody around, had to call and owner didn’t pick up for a while. Told me to grab trailer without him so I did. I had to move around other trailers with my own truck to get to my trailer. Then once I was back at the office he had sent somebody finally.
