Was not open at 9am and I had a reservation for then. Nobody around, had to call and owner didn’t pick up for a while. Told me to grab trailer without him so I did. I had to move around other trailers with my own truck to get to my trailer. Then once I was back at the office he had sent somebody finally.

It was very dirty from the outside specially the windshield and front headlights was full of mosquitoes. U-Haul should take care of their equipment to keep it clean and in good condition. Otherwise the person at the pickup location was excellent and very good in service.
