How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe were thrilled to have a helpful customer service rep.
Frederick MEasy pickup and drop off. The inside of the trailer had some bolts and washers that were left by someone else. Wasn't a big deal, just mentioning it. The ramp was very hard to lower due to lack of lubrication.
Scott HOur only issue was that the signage by the road was very small and we had trouble locating it. Once located, all was good.
Mary WFriendly very helpful.
