The location was fine; the experience with UHaul was not. I showed up on time to pick up the truck and I was told that my reservation had been canceled for no particular reason. For the next 1.5 hours I dealt with UHaul reps until I finally got the truck. When I got the truck, the service engine light was on. I had to drive to another location so they could run a diagnostic test in the vehicle. It was a fuel emission issue thinking the last the gas cap was not tight enough. They sent me on my way as a very dissatisfied customer.
Gary BOther than the truck being disgusting, the location was ideal. The reason for the average rating is that pulling out of this location is not fun. It's on a very busy road and there is no light signal. Kinda gotta pull out with some speed in order to get out without being hit by incoming traffic. Not fun when you're pulling a trailer.
