This location is very unprofessional and has terrible service. When I picked up the reserved truck the back of it was dirty and I had to sweep it out as well the fuel level was not accurate. According to the paperwork there was to be a quarter tank and it was just above the empty line. I returned the truck after 6 hours of use and I had reserved the truck for 48 hours I also used half the estimated kilometers. 2 business days later I have yet to receive a call back or any communication as to my return of the vehicle or about my refund. Online the hours of operation say they are open on Saturdays however when I went to the office on Saturday they were not open. I am very dissatisfied with the service of this UhAul store as well as the entire uhaul company. I reached out to UhAul directly and 2 business days later have not received any communication from them as well. Would not recommend to anyone.

J LTrailer and truck was so nasty, greasy and dirty. While booking this truck I asked for moving dollys to be added but nothing was provided later, I have booked uhaul several times in past but honestly never had this bad experience, even their customer service. Overall worst experience I ever had.
Tamana AI ordered the truck and where I would be dropping it off. It was expensive. But when I dropped it off, I was over 14 km and had to pay almost $16 for that. That was very frustrating to me because I had already paid well over $500 for the rental overnight
Laurie HGot put on different pick up and different drop off than originally requested, no lockbox had to figure out on my own, no dolly when dolly was requested. Some guy was begging for me to drop it off before 4pm just for me to show up and he completely ignores me, I do the self drop off on my phone and he got mad I didn’t give him the keys. Everything was handled terribly and unprofessionally no compensation for all the trouble and headache.
