Let a customer know if they rent a truck on the weekend and that your closed and have to do pick up on line and your lock boxes are in the back of the building. This was never told to me

The self check in was complicated and time consuming. I had downloaded the app as advised, and then was unable to use it. I had to call customer service and use the online site.
Elaine BMy issues are more with the app. Could not complete c/i on the app. Had to go inside and get help. Upon returning, could not complete the check out as well. Not sure if this was because it was my first business rental? Check engine light was on the whole time.
