The location's service was excellent. However, the uhaul 1-800 customer service was absolutely incredible. I was overcharged, called the 1-800 number and the service representative submitted the request to a manager who within 24 hrs refunded me my money. Thank you!

The truck was very dirty inside and there was a very strong and pervasive cigarette smell in the cab. The rolling door would not stay up and I had to shove a stick in the track to keep the door from Coming down on me while Loading and unloading The radio could not hold a station (antenna) and the speaker was blown.
Oliver S.Ordered 9 foot cargo van for mobile after hours pickup. App said it was available. Got there and then the app said i needed to wait until the place opened up at 8am the next day. Called customer service and they said it wasnt ready or it wasnt set up for mobile pickup, even though the reservation went through, so i had to have them change it to a box truck. The person was helpful, but your validation and check in process ended up making me an hour and a half late. That made me have to take a longer route due to the size. The process of validation is ridiculous for a return customer, why do i need to take a photo of my license every time? It hasnt changed! The truck needed mechanical maintenence, shot suspension, bad steering, weird exhaust smells. I suggest having someone take a look at it. The person I spoke with for the original reservation problem said they would return $50 to me since the van i ordered wasnt ready, but that wasn't done, so i had to call back to get that applied. Pretty terrible experience renting from you guys this time... i suggest an overhaul of your mobile app and rental process.

Jesus D.It's nice picking up at this location. Staff were friendly and attended to us professionally. The two receptionists were so helpful: Dwight and Yusuf has great personality's. They were very patient and nice and kind to me. They are so professional in their services. I am extremely happy and lucky to have them both. I appreciate them both for their great job. Dwight make sure I am fine and comfortable even after the delivery. They both did a good job. Dwight and Yusuf were wonderful, professionals and very patient gentlemen. If I have to move again I will still love to have Dwight and Yusuf. I am extremely happy and pleased for their help and services. I say a very BIG THANK YOU to Dwight and Yusuf.
