For some reason our reservation had been sent to the wrong location across town. The Manzanita U-Haul location was wonderful!!! Even though they were busy at the time they assured us that they would get everything taken care of for us. They were all super helpful, friendly, and got us all set up. We will definitely use them again for our trailer or truck needs and highly recommend them!!!

Got there on time to do a mobile check out and it gave me a truck the location didn’t even have, then it went on to say the truck had been dispatched ( meaning I took the truck) and I hadn’t even gotten the keys yet. Checked the building and called the location multiple times to find the doors were locked and phone went straight to voicemail. Sat on customer service line for 30 - 45 minutes while they figured it out and I was an hour late to my destination. The truck when I got in was filthy. There was a crushed up can in the door and also food crumbs in the cup holder. Would not recommend this location at all.
