Donna at 2403 W Springfield Ave, Champaign, Ill. was top notch. We had been held up in traffic from a fatal accident on our way from out of town, and knew we would barely make it before closing, and may possibly be a tad late. Donna assured us she would be there and would not leave. She gave us tremendous peace of mind as we travelled, and was there to let us in as we arrived 2 minutes before close. Had she closed without us being able to pick up our UHaul, it would have put a great wrench in this trip that was one timeline on top of another. Thank you, Donna!!
