The shop itself was very busy with merchandise but clean. The person who helped me was polite, professional, courteous and efficient. He knew the product well. He was able to smoothly guide me through the set up for towing the vehicle on the trailer and operation of the setup

JOHN AI had a reservation which I made online. The day before pickup, I was told to drive nearly to NC to pick up my truck. They did not have the 24 blankets I preordered. When I dropped my truck off I was charged over $340 more than my reservation. It appears that the location I picked up the truck started an entirely NEW reservation and canceled my online reservation. The I was charged for a “Wrong Location” drop off even though I took it to the location in my reservation. I had to make two trips to a different uHaul location to get the blankets. The moving help for the load did a good job however they only worked for half the time and I was charged for 4 full hours. The truck was in good condition and was clean.
