I picked this location because it was listed as having in person drop-off service. When I got there there was no one there even though they had listed hours until 7pm and it was a really run down and sketchy location without clear designations for where to leave a truck. I resent having to jump through hoops to return it and having anxiety about the location and safety of the truck. This does not seem like a good franchise owner for Uhaul.
James GIt was as easy as it could be. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the close proximity to where I needed the truck, which saved on unnecessary mileage
