#1 The girl that checked me out was nice, pleasant, however she failed to inform me that I would be receiving a text to initiate a "self checkout" and that I needed to take pictures of the trailer in the app, by the time I noticed the text, the link was no longer valid. I just so happened to take pictures of the trailer before I left with it, ultimately was unable to upload them. #2 I had to hook up the trailer myself, no one from the location assisted in hookup, when I dropped it off, the person checking me in stated that the trailer was hooked up incorrectly and that it was "unsafe" in its current state, the "checkout" girl watched me hook it up, offered no assistance and didn't say a word about how I was hooking it up.
