The truck I had reserved was not available. Kudos to the online chat agent, who helped me get a different vehicle at no extra charge. Then it took the folks onsite another 20 minutes to find the keys to the truck. The truck I had now reserved was broken so I was given a different truck, which had a strong odor in the cab. The actual move and drop off process were easy.

Pick up was amazing! I was in Chicago for only the second time and by myself moving a friend back to Milwaukee. I don’t remember their name at pick up…but he saw was struggling with sensory overstimulation and was very kind in his guidance. And very easy drop off in Milwaukee. Those guys were so chill. 🙏🕉️
