The computer system was down when I returned truck so they couldn't check me in. Also I explained the truck had an issue with fueling and I had to go to 6 gas pumps and add 20-30c at a time to get it to fill taking over 15 minutes to fill it after finally finding a pump that would even fill it. They didn't seem to care.

They charged me for gas when it was not used. The front of the vehicle was filthy with bugs as was the windshield.

I arrived at the scheduled pickup time that was confirmed with the representative, only to learn that the business does not perform app pickup, and I had to return 2 hours later. I had no ride to the pickup location any more, since they were unable to accommodate my pickup. The location was sketchy and weird
