The truck and trailer were scheduled for returns in two separate New York area locations which made no sense. The gentleman at the Syracuse location went out of his way to help me. I am so appreciative! I definitely recommend his location for your uhaul needs!!

Pick up location change not where requested. Equipment broke when arrived

Tom MWe got a call the morning of the pick up telling us the place we were supposed to pick up the truck had the truck but it had a flat tire and no one to fix it.(unacceptable).so even though we received a extra day at no charge (which we didn’t use) we had to go a hour out of our way to pick up the truck (2 hours round trip). Not the way I wanted to start the day! This was no way any fault of Thompsons garage. That’s where U-Haul sent me to get a truck with out a flat tire and.
