Better customer interaction,dropped off the trailer 1:00pm and was told by the person working there to leave it and go,in my return to drop off the vehicle at 5:00 pm the trailer was not updated on my contract as returned and the place was already closed I had to call U-Haul to have the return done online and it took me about 35 mins to have the process completed

Carl lThis place is creepy. You just park the truck in the wood line. Seems like a run down old shop. Like the start of a horror movie.
Brent CIt took 21/2 hours to get my truck and I lost all my help to load my truck because of it so I had to load it with my 80 year old mother and I had to make an additional trip because of it
Andy DAttendant did not acknowledge presence, taking upwards of 10 minutes. No guidance provided for drop off. Location differed from desired drop off location.
