There was no one there to directly assist with issues. The girl behind the counter of the convenience store had to contact someone that was supposedly in the back that never came out to help. And she relayed info by phone to them. We were running behind and the pickup took way longer and had more issues than expected. Couldn’t log into U-Haul because of low to no signal and issues using the app once available. And all this is without any help at all besides the convenience store girl.
