This is a drop off only place there has not been an attendant the hours we have been there. They come in at 10, but even after 10 we have been and they are not there. There is no wi-fi and cell coverage is sparse so hard to do an online return, had to call customer service to facilitate the return. They need to add a wi-fi connection at a minimum.

James WTrying to use the wifi to pick up took 30 min and lost time on our rental. They need to provide a wifi access point as this is a dead zone for Verizon.
Atha TCell reception is very poor - online check-in, which is the only option, was very slow.
Daniel LThe truck was lousy, check engine light was on, owner said it was okay, ignition switch was messed up. The truck was okay for our short round trip, but I wouldn't want to take it long distance.
