I ordered a 15' truck the website had a 15' available traveled to get it and eas told all they had available was a 26' so I had to put $200 in the gas tank and somehow still was just short of the half tank marker and was charged for an additional 8 gallons of gas. Had i gotten the truck i ordered i would not have had to put nearly as much gas i to it and would have had a much better trip

Austin JIf I could give zero stars I would, we made a reservation and got sent 3 different places so we wouldn't have to drive the truck 2 hours back then when it was time to return the truck they said we had to drive it 2 hours back or pay double. If we leave it somewhere else they were supposed to start a claim. Call us they never did. Instead they charged my account an extra $150
John UThe U-Haul was a complete mess, there were blue stains all over the floor, rice was everywhere, and the dolly I specifically included and paid for in my order was not provided. It took me about 30 minutes to clean out the U-Haul which delayed my move significantly and the lack of a dolly made moving all of my boxes incredibly time consuming. I am very disappointed by this experience.
