They have no idea what they are doing about the rentals for uhaul they over charged me and didn't even come to inspect the cargo van I booked the gas tank was completely empty when I got it I had the reservation for 7 am pick up and did not leave until 10 am and still owe me money and the district manager will not return phone calls never again

When Uhaul truck was picked up, gas level was empty. I asked if the they can fill the truck up, they said no. My son (driver) paid $150 to fill tank. When I drop it off, he stated if the gas above to quarter tank, I would be reimbursed in Kenora. When I arrived to drop off the Uhaul, Kenora office stated they don’t do refunds. Dealer in Cochrane truck was using it for personal use which was why tank was empty.
