The man that helped me was kind and efficient.
kathleen Bthe U-Haul app would not accept photos of the truck when I was picking it up. I would take the picture and submit but it would not indicate that the photo was uploaded and I had to "skip" all photos to proceed. I finally gave up and just drove away.
