I made a reservation to exclude trip protection which was 30 dollars more, it was out of my budget so I declined, once I got to the location to pick up the truck then the agent added the protection to the receipt

LASHA ZMy agreement originally said I could drop off the Uhaul at 5:00pm on Tuesday the 18th. When I dropped it off they charged me for an extra day because they said I needed to bring it back at 8:15am. I would appreciate a credit.
Brendan MClean the floor of the trucks with Swiffers with cleaning pads. Sweeping the floor with brooms doesn't remove the dirt. The cleaning pads I used were black with dirt. Also the shocks on the truck were bad I think. Every time I drove over bumps it created a large jolt. Try driving 7 hours with bad shocks. You told me that the truck was brand new and only had 15,000 miles on it. It should have driven better than that.
