Don’t call me the day before and tell me you can’t rent me the equipment I reserved, at the location I reserved, or at the time I reserved. This is not the Location‘s fault. It is U-Haul systems fault. Don’t let me make a reservation for something that you can’t deliver on. You completely changed my pan plans and it cost me a bunch of money to deal with it. The incompetence of the system is beyond the pale.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSuper helpful!
Terry WSend customers out with a full gas tank so they don't have to guess how much to put back in. Otherwise they end up paying a lot more in gas then what was needed. Guessing game is ridiculous!!
kimberly dEverything was clean and ready to go when I picked up the trailer and drop off was just as easy.
Kevin GVery friendly and efficient!
