How U-Haul Reviews WorkUpon turning in the trailer, I proceeded to make a reservation for the same trailer for my return trip to Hot Springs Village Ar. 5 days later. While the attendant was entering the information he informed me that the return trip was approximately $940. So I said, "you are going to charge me close to 3 times what I just paid to bring the trailer here. Its going to sit for 5 days then I will return it to Ar? He said yes. With further discussion, he did offer me a discount price of approximately $600. Now only twice what I just paid. He didn't appear to have any authority to offer to match my original contract. We discussed options including me just keeping the trailer and return it on the original contract. Bringing the cost down to approximately $450. This monopolist extreme cost gouging is totally unjustified. This type of business practices is setting Uhaul up for a business disrupter to take an appreciable amount of business from them.

RICHARD wEverything went smooth on my rental of a car hauling trailer. I made a mistake and reserved it for the wrong day they changed my reservation and allowed me to pick up the trailer on the day I needed it. They were very helpful and exceptionally understanding of my needs to get my job done. They were very professional and courteous. I definitely will use All Star rentals in the future.
