The Aaro Rental folks were super responsive and answered my questions when I called. The location is super easy and central to Cola. The equipment was in good order.
Carl MEven though the UHUAL app let me select a 10 hour rental and drop off at the same location the location owner informed me that they would only be open partialy that day and would not have a spot for me to drop off the rented trailer.
Joseph BOnly thing that I struggled with is recognizing where the key was located knee clear instructions when picking it up at night, so it took me a little longer, not recognizing that the key was on the wall near the door and not the truck itself. Thank you.
