I was told I could pay with Debit initially however different people quoted different policies and it was a little frustrating. But everything else was outstanding.

CHRISTOPHER OIt took 4hrs of being passed around on phone calls just to be able to pick up this truck that I had reserved a week in advance. Nearly everyone on the 1 800 Go-U-Haul number does not know what they’re doing or talking about. Especially when it comes to reserving a truck for a one-way trip vs in state same location return rentals. Horrid and very stressful experience.
