No problems picking up the vehicle. I had a couple questions about operating the vehicle. It would be helpful to have someone available to review all of the features. I had 2 problems with the vehicle. The first was that whenever I hit a bump the driver side mirror would shift out. After a while I would have to reach out and adjust the view. The second was that the driver side windshield washer fluid would not spray on the windshield. I did have a question about how tolls are handled. Didn't get an answer. It would be very helpful if I could use the automatic payment lanes - EZ Pass.

HArsh PI booked 2 weeks in advanced. Ppl were coming in off the street for a truck. While my reservation was moved to another location we're no agent . They canceled said I was late, it was closed. I had a crew to help me. Customer care team called me told me to go to my original location on notch to get the truck that the dealer said he didn't have. finally got a truck around 6:30-7pm. Manager demanded i have it back by 8am or he will charge me 50 bucks if it's not. It started storming raining. It's just my daughter and son n law no guy's. Ppl were there at 2pm to help me the day before. He so focused on having a power trip than providing me customer service. When I arrived he greeted me with hello trouble.
