It was horrible and terribly negative experience would not help us to resolve the over charge and said he didn’t receive any money for the overcharge and laughed at us several times. Fussed at us for not having a copy of the contract from pick up and said we should have printed it, this is a military move all our items are packed we don’t have access to a printer when moving

Kathan DI rented the $29.99 truck with 99 cents per mile. I didn't ask for a dolly or covers but they were in the truck and I got charged for them. I estimated 15 miles, did 13 for a total of $12.98. My total bill ended up being $76+. My daughter rented a $39.99 truck from another location went t Phenix City and back to Columbus and her bill was cheaper than mine
