I reserved the UHAUL 20' truck at least 6 weeks in advance because it was a 1 way trip carrying furniture from a storage unit. I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 7am on 8/11/26 and found out on arrival that my reservation was changed at 3am to another location 5 miles away. After taking 30 minutes to figure this out and call my wife back to get me, I could not get the truck in time to drop it off home and then be at work on time. I planned to pick it up after work and load it. However, my wife happened to need bubble wrap and went to the UHAUL facility that our truck was located. She was told that my truck reservation was CANCELLED because it wasn't picked up by 11am!!!!!! NO ONE EVER SAID THERE WAS A TIME LIMIT or I would've explained I needed to pick it up after work. Luckily, my wife was able to explain the horrible situation we were put in and we were able to get the truck but without the moving blankets ordered. So, if my wife didn't need bubble wrap, we would not have had a truck, not been able to transport the furniture from storage to Fla for my son who was moving and needed all of the furniture. I would have wasted days off from work and completely scramble to execute the plan that was in plan 6 weeks in advance!! I WANT A FULL REFUND and a manager to call me!!!!

Laura AThe truck was clean. The tank wasn’t even half full and the breaks were terrible. Driving 450miles with bad breaks is extremely dangerous. If it wasn’t for the Class A CDL driver at the wheel, there would’ve been a serious breakdown.
Mawiyah BLocation was closed and drop box was no where to be found. It’s just easier to go to a regular u-haul.
