Drop off location was okay, inside a Piggly Wiggly store. Lady was very busy and person assigned to help me wanted me to do it all myself and just leave. I demanded my drop off receipt before I would leave.

Jesse DOnline pickup. I could not figure out how to upload pictures of the vehicle. I took a picture of the file level before and after but was still charged around $9 for fuel. I didn’t think that was fair. The drop off location didn’t want to help
Derek MI’m extremely disappointed with your online service. I had made an appointment with the Riverside location and you changed the location to the Piggly Wiggly and unfortunately they do not carry furniture, blankets, furniture, dollies, or appliance dollies. The people there were very friendly, but I had to return to the Riverside location and wait an hour to get what I needed and they didn’t have the appliance dollies. Your online service sucks to say the least.
TIMOTHY MThis location had the truck we needed but not the moving equipment (dolly and furniture cart). We originally had our truck reserved at another location in Danville, but they did not have the truck we needed. They were going to give us a bigger truck for more money, even though they called the day before to tell me that the 15 foot truck was not available and would give us a 20 foot for the same price. When we arrived, neither were there. I had to call the UHaul customer service for the location to be changed in order to get the truck we needed. It was a huge hassle and put us an hour behind schedule.
