Had requested a 10 ft truck at central location, at last minute I was moved to a farther out location and a larger truck and rental fee was charged ... truck itself had some steering issues wheel was soft and wiggled a lot

Bryan BDrop off location was okay, inside a Piggly Wiggly store. Lady was very busy and person assigned to help me wanted me to do it all myself and just leave. I demanded my drop off receipt before I would leave.

Jesse DOnline pickup. I could not figure out how to upload pictures of the vehicle. I took a picture of the file level before and after but was still charged around $9 for fuel. I didn’t think that was fair. The drop off location didn’t want to help
