I got to the drop off location at the shell gas station at 6pm and everything was closed and the gas pumps were blocked off. The other gas stations were also closed so I was unable to fill up leaving me on the hook for a big refill charge. AND I was also charged for ALOT of other things like an extra day (which I didn't use), extra miles which I didn't drive, and cleaning even though I made sure I left the truck clean. OVER $200 extra bill was charged to my card without clear explanation/reasoning. I emailed them my questions about the bill (using the link which they provided with the receipt and asked for questions to be sent to it) and they didn't respond! Now I'm having to find a phone number or go there to try and sort this out. Terrible experience and customer service!
Robin HI had a motorcycle broke down on the side of the road and needed to rescue it and get it out of traffic, then to home about 1,100 miles away. The internet connection was having issues but the folks at Deadman's Flats Service Center worked hard and fast to get me on my way. The small truck/van I rented was perfect and was in great condition, ran perfectly all the way to my destination.
Kurt Swe rented uhall and went in person to rent at deadman’s location. staff provided incomplete information, told us 24 hour timeframes but we dropped in 3 hours after top up with gas, with total mileage of 15 miles only. I was shocked when I got invoice next day of $86, which is 3 times what staff told us. I have to pay extra just because Staff provided false information.
Vishu VCheck in was easy and quick. Staff were excellent. The vehicle was clean, worked flawlessly and was full of gas at pickup. I would highly recommend this location for U-haul rentals.
