Horrible management and poor communication. Returned truck and trailer on Saturday and the manager refused to complete the return until two days later and two calls to Uhaul customer service. I will never use this location and will consider using a different company for my next move.

It’s the second time that I get a flat tire. They take 4 hrs to fix the issue.

She also ignored most of what was asked and I was told she could not give me a price unless I was renting for sure because "it was a long process to get a price and if I wasn't renting she would not be going through the process"
James GOur reservation started at 3:45. We arrived at 3:50 and the clerk inside hadn’t even checked in the vehicle when it got there. We did not leave this location until 4:30.
