Cell phone coverage at both locations made it almost impossible to use mobile app, waited 45 minutes for stupid website to load and upload pictures. Should of had a WiFi login and password at these locations
Steven BVery rude when dropping of the truck. Customer service is needed here. Almost turned me off on uhaul as a whole. But customer service was there for the rescue.

JOSEPH MThe back of the truck was dirty, the clerk did not tell me about completing some needed info that would be sent via text message before leaving the lot (and we did not see it until later that day), nor did she email a receipt for the boxes we purchased (which were MORE THAN twice the normal price at any U-Haul location), and when I called to get a receipt sent to me, the person I spoke to was very rude.
