The location was accessible and the staff was very helpful. I cannot really say if the truck was well maintained - I CAN say that it seemed quite old and had difficulty getting up to speed after it stopped (i.e. for a traffic light). This was actually hazardous when merging onto the freeway. Additionally, it had less than 1/8 tank when we picked it up. We immediately put in 3 gallons to make it through our short drive.
