The posted hours for this location are 8am- 5pm. I got there at 4:15 and it was closed. The process to gain access to the lock box for the key was cumbersome given the uhaul app didn’t recognize me as a customer even after renting from Uhaul over 10 times in the last 4 years. The truck’s cup holder had about 1/2” of water in it from the rain that day
